Next to your Windows clock appears a bulb icon, in different colors.
Clicking it with the left mouse button presents the notifications agenda, without the need to start GEDEX.

GEDEX avoids agenda uninstallation, as it is used internally to check periodically pending tasks and to backups. To uninstall the agenda, first uninstall GEDEX.
