If your firm uses any other currency, for instance, Pesos, select 'Local currency'. That way, the Windows Control Panel will allow you to configure any currency of the world. For instance, you will be allowed to choose if you want negative numbers to be shown with the minus sign (-) or using parenthesis, and many more features.
GEDEX allows the coexistence of records in different currencies. Once you select a new currency, the previously introduced data will not be changed, they will continue using the old currency.
The selection of a new currency only affects new records.
